Residential/Commercial Sealcoating
Sealcoating enhances the curb appeal of your home or business. Sealcoating restores essential oils in the asphalt that are lost due to oxidation which dries out the asphalt causing the asphalt to crack/crumble. Also, protects the asphalt from oil/gas spills, road salt, and weather.
Crack Filling
We use hot rubber crack filler to fill any size cracks that you may have in your driveway or parking lot. Crack filling prevents water from causing further damage by sealing the cracks. The unpredictable Michigan weather causes the asphalt to shrink and expand due to the freezing and thawing cycle and if neglected may cause more serious issues down the road.
Striping & Stenciling
Striping gives your parking lot that extra touch to enhance the curb appeal of your business. We offer striping, re-striping, cross walks, handicap parking spots, curbs, directional arrows, new layout options that meet ADA regulations, and custom stencils. Striping improves the organization and safety of your parking lot.
Asphalt Patching
Removing and repairing potholes and damaged areas in your asphalt will prevent hazards that may cause injury to someone or damage their vehicle. Patching improves the safety of your asphalt. We offer drain repairs, removing and replacing any size damaged area, and pot hole repair.
Paving
Residential and industrial paving, milling asphalt and removal, paving of private roads, developments, parking lots and driveways. Can provide quotes for excavation in prep for asphalt, can provide for MDOT standard projects
Overlays
Overlays do not include removing the old asphalt, but are intended to cover the damaged area with fresh, hot asphalt, and rolled smooth. Even though a temporary fix, it is more cost efficient and a timely repair. We also offer cold patch repairs when requested.
